Having problems with WIN XP?

Well, if you are facing problems with your WIN XP build, then follow the procedure mentioned below so as to send me a Remote Assistance Invitation:

1. Click on Start
2. Goto Help and Support
3. Under topic Ask for assistance, click Invite a friend to connect to your computer with Remote Assistance
4. Then click Invite someone to help you on the following page.
5. Now either use the MSN or Windows Messenger to send me an Invitation (applicable incase you have a hotmail/msn/passport e-mail id) My hotmail id is rohanmittal@hotmail.com OR use e-mail incase I'm not online at that time to send me a Remote Assistance Request. Enter my e-mail id i.e. myself@rohanmittal.com there and click Invite this person. Type your full name in the From part and in the Message section elaborate the problem you are facing and mention any other effect(s) etc. you feel is/are relevant or due to the problem you mentioned. Click Continue.
6. Then Set the invitation to expire for the duration as you feel appropriate and comfortable with (recommeded duration should be atleast 36-48 hours for 90% and above chances of response).
7. Incase you feel your system contains confidential data please check the Require the recipient to use a password option. And type-in a good password.

Note: Incase you use the password option you must communicate the password to me in a separate e-mail. Also, incase you use a dial-up connection (i.e. your IP is dynamic) indicate me about the same and then we will have to fix a mutually convenient time for Remote Assistance to be a success.
